Finding products

• Search by product name, keyword or company name using the search bar at the top of every page.
• Browse by category from “Shop by category” on the home page or the All Categories menu.
• Sort results by best sellers, new arrivals or price.
• Open a product to see all photos, the video, specifications and the supplier’s details.

Favourites

Tap the ♥ on any product card or product page to save it. Your saved products are in Favourites, so you can compare suppliers and come back later. Tap the heart again to remove a product.

Your cart

1. Choose a quantity on the product page and click Add to cart.
2. In the Cart, items are grouped by supplier, because each supplier handles their own order and shipping.
3. Change quantities with − / +, or move an item to favourites with Save for later.
4. When you’re ready, click Request payment link for a supplier. Your item list is sent to them in a chat.

Messaging sellers

Click Chat with seller or Send inquiry on any product. All conversations are in Messages, and you’ll see a red badge and a pop-up when a seller replies.

Good questions to ask:

• What is the price for my quantity? Is there a bulk discount?
• How much is shipping to my city, and how long does delivery take?
• Is the product in stock now? What is the minimum order?
• Can you send more photos, a sample or a specification sheet?

Paying a payment link

1. When you agree on the details, the seller sends a payment request in the chat. It shows what it’s for, the total amount and any notes.
2. Check that the amount matches what you agreed, then click Pay now.
3. You’ll pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your card details are never shared with the seller.
4. When you come back, an order is created. Your payment is held safely by Canada-Now — the seller doesn’t receive it yet.
5. Follow the order in My orders. When it arrives and matches what you agreed, click Yes, I received it. Only then is the payment released to the seller.

All your payment links, paid or pending, are listed in Payments.

Buying safely

After you pay

The seller ships your order and adds tracking on the order page. Keep the conversation: it’s your record of the order. If something isn’t right, message the seller first. If you can’t resolve it, click Open a dispute on the order page before confirming delivery — the payment stays on hold while we review it. If you don’t confirm or dispute, delivery is confirmed automatically 14 days after shipping. You can also contact support@canada-now.com with the payment details from your Payments page.
